This is my own personal blend of roasted Chicory and Dandelion roots, cinnamon, cocoa, and vanilla bean powder. I hand blended this healthful mix of roots and spices with blessings of good health, prosperity and abundance to those that savor its earthy aroma!
Chicory increases bile flow, stimulating the liver and regulating the gallbladder. It contains the fiber inulin and aids in gut health. It may also help with constipation. Chicory can help delay or prevent the onset of diabetes.
Similarly, dandelion root helps protect the liver, it strengthens the immune system and helps balance blood sugar levels. It can also relieve heartburn and soothe digestive issues.
My favorite way to enjoy this magickal brew is to prepare just as you would coffee. There is also no caffeine in this brew so it may be enjoyed anytime, even before bedtime!
