Developed by Carl Jung, the practice of Shadow work facilitates healing the fractured unconscious mind. Oftentimes our shadow selves hold deep seeded feelings of shame, doubt, and negative self-image.
Our shadow will often have us in a constant cycle of stagnancy, feelings of worthlessness, burst of anger and other confusing emotions, and projecting our insecurities onto others.
By addressing these emotions and learning to better incorporate all parts of ourselves (even the less savory bits) into a balanced self-awareness, we may live fuller happier lives.
The plant spirits chosen for this tea may help calm you, to better open your mind, that you may receive insights and guidance from the divine.
Kava kava, valerian, sage (from my own witchy garden), echinacea, nettle and ginger brew beautifuly together in a spicy yet smooth aromatic tisane.
